Wood & Trespa Shelves

Spur bepoke made white MFC shelves are 18mm thick as standard with 2mm thick edge banding using the highest quality materials. They are perfect for most applications be it a hospital office or garage. We recommend MFC shelves are supported at 600mm spacings to prevent deflection / bending of the shelf. They can be used with Spur Steel-Lok or Spur T Slot shelving as well as other manufacturers budget grade systems.

With the exception of some fast moving lines these shelves are made to order usually within a week to 10 days but on occassion as quick as next day.

Standard depths are 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500 and 600mm but we will make any depth to order

Beautiful Spur 18mm Lacquered Birch Ply shelves are manufactured from BB/BB Birch Plywood sanded to 180 grit and CNC milled to give 2mm radii on all edges including corners giving a superior finish. The boards are hand sprayed with a water based 30% matt lacquer and made to order by expert joiners in the UK.

We can also make bench desk and table tops too!

Trespa Toplab is a renowned brand of HPL High Pressure Laminate available in 13, 16 and 20mm.

16mm White is standard with other colours available subject to availability.
